The Medinilla Pavilion
The Medinilla Pavilion is a spacious open-air, roofed venue that blends the freshness of the outdoors with the convenience of modern amenities. With a seating capacity of 75–100 guests, it’s perfect for weddings, birthdays, reunions, and casual celebrations. The pavilion features a dedicated catering service area, driveway access, and an adjacent parking area for smooth event flow. Thoughtfully designed to be PWD-friendly, it ensures accessibility and comfort for all guests. Tables, chairs, and décor are provided by the client, allowing every event to be styled and personalized to match the occasion.

The Medinilla Garden
Right beside the pavilion is the Medinilla Garden, an inviting outdoor space ideal for open-air gatherings. With its natural bare ground setting, the garden is also well-suited for team-building activities, games, or casual group exercises. It’s a flexible space that can be styled for ceremonies, intimate receptions, or combined with the pavilion for seamless indoor–outdoor events.
The Medinilla Pond
The Medinilla Pond adds a unique interactive element to the area. Stocked with red tilapia, it offers guests a chance to enjoy relaxed fishing with Kinaiya’s DIY fishing rods and worms from the ground as natural bait. Beyond leisure, the pond can also serve as a fun team-building activity spot, encouraging friendly competition and bonding. Surrounded by greenery and soothing water, it’s both a scenic backdrop and a memorable experience for groups and events.
